今回は久しぶりに共有させて頂いた建物、
シムズ4ベースゲームパックのアイテムのみを、
使用して作ったスターターハウスを、
紹介させて頂きます。
詳細に関しては、
記事の最後に記載させて頂きますので、
まずは画像から流していきます。
I would like to do a post here about a new building
that I have shared in "the Sims 4 gallery".
I used items for the house
included in the base game pack only.
It'll be "Sims4 Starter House".
Well, I'll get to the more details later.
Here we go!

ウィロークリークの一角に建つ、
コンパクトでシンプルな一軒の家。
One house built on a corner of Willow creek.
It's very compact & simple.
黄色は楽しさと幸せの色。
Yellow is the color of fun and happiness.
赤いホースはアクセント。
Red hose is an accents.

そこはリビングコーナー。
After open the front door.
There is a living room corner.
LDK一体型。
Integrated living/dining/kitchen.
ガスコンロとシンクを壁に向けずに、
孤立させていません。
個人的にはシム達が料理する姿を、
見るのがとても好き。
The gas stove and sink do not face the wall
and are not isolated.
Because,
I love to watch when sim is cooking.
壁を取り払う事によって、
開放的な空間が生まれる。
By removing the walls,
the space becomes more open.

本の束が引き出しの上に配置してあります。
本棚はスペースを取るので、
新生活の始まりには、
これで十分だと思います。
(そしてこの区画の近くには、
PCが利用できる図書館もあります)
Few books on the drawer.
And the way is enough to start a new life.
Because bookshelf needs space.
(Near this parcel,
there is a library with PCs available for anyone to use)
ベッドはデザイン共に、
出来る範囲で、
質の良いものを選んだ。
The quality and design of the bed was
chosen to be as good as possible.
非常にシンプルに、
必要なものだけが設置してある、
バスルーム。
Bathroom is very simple,
there are just what you need.

さて。
こちらが今一度全体像です。
Now,
here is the whole picture once again.
そして間取り図。
And the floor plan.
今回は、
ベースゲームのみを使用というテーマにしたので、
Willow Creekの"Crick Cabana"に建築しました。
In this case,
I built it on Crick Cabana in Willow Creek,
because of the base game only building theme.
Crick Cabanaには、
EAが用意した建物がありますが、
上書きすることができます。
そしてその時、
EAの既存建物の家具を売ったのちに、
所持金が再計算されます。
Crick Cabana already has a house prepared by EA,
but it can be overwritten.
And then, the possessions are calculated
after selling the furniture of the EA's existing buildings.
